Scare Company ("we," "us") operates this website and our haunted attraction events. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

How We Use It

What We Don't Do

Photo & Video Notice

Our attractions are live entertainment events. Photos and video may be taken on the premises (including security and promotional footage such as ScareCam) and may be used for marketing. By entering the attraction you consent to this use. If you appear in promotional material and would like it removed, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.

By purchasing a ticket, entering a Scare Company attraction, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

The Experience — Know Before You Go

Assumption of Risk

Attendance is voluntary. By entering, you knowingly and freely assume all risks related to the attraction, both known and unknown, and — to the fullest extent permitted by law — release Scare Company, the event venue and its owners and operators, and their staff and volunteers from liability for injuries or losses arising from your visit. A separate liability waiver may be required for entry.

Website Use

All content on this site - including logos, artwork, photos, and text - belongs to Scare Company and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page.

03

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable - including if you choose not to enter, leave early, arrive late, or are removed for violating the rules of conduct.

Too Scared to Finish?

That means we did our job. No refunds are given to guests who exit the attraction before completing it. (You can attempt to complete the maze again though!) Just let the team know you chickened out.

Weather & Cancellations

Exchanges

Date or time changes may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability. Email tickets@scarecompany.com before your scheduled date and we'll do our best.

Lost Tickets

Contact us with your order confirmation and we can re-send your tickets. Tickets obtained from unauthorized resellers may be refused.
